1. Our Services

Botomait provides custom CRM software and WhatsApp business automation for service businesses, including salons, schools, dental clinics, and short-term rental hosts. Specific services, features, and pricing are agreed separately with each client.

2. Accounts & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide to us and for obtaining any consents required from their own customers before using our WhatsApp automation to contact them.

3. Payment & Billing

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited, misleading, or unlawful messages, and to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies at all times.

5. Intellectual Property

The Botomait name, branding, and software are the property of Botomait. Clients retain ownership of their own business data.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms agreed at signup. We may suspend access for use that violates these Terms or Meta's platform policies.
